Welcome to the September edition of This and That: a collection of things I find interesting, playful, and important.

Creating this monthly collection is part of my off-the-yoga-mat practice of cultivating an ability to pay attention to the world around me, strengthening my curiousity muscle, and remembering that we’re all part of something bigger than ourselves.

I hope this list brings some cheer to your day!

Missed last month’s list? Read it here.

  • Seeds are seriously beautiful.

  • I’ve started listening to Meditative Story and I quite like it! I think this would be a great podcast for you if you want to meditate but don’t know where to start. You’ll hear beautifully written first-person stories with tiny mindfulness pauses included throughout.

  • Here’s a story featuring a dog relaxing in a pink flamingo floatie.

  • Quote: “My destination is no longer a place, but a new way of seeing.” - Marcel Proust

I hope you enjoyed this month’s list. What stood out for you? Have something uplifting or interesting to share? Leave a comment below!
